Honestly the worst experience I've ever had on Etsy, unfortunately the item arrived damaged (bent in half) promptly reported this to the seller, who then responded by telling me that it's never happened in over 10,000 sales (they have around 800 sales total) no offer to even resend the item and that it was my responsibility to contact the courier directly myself for a refund and not them as the seller, they never even told me which courier they had used, it didn't matter as I reminded them this is not how Etsy usually works and linked them to the terms and conditions page section on receiving damaged items, they felt I was rude with them and didn't respond to any messages, had to contact Etsy support who they ignored too. EDIT: opened a case as soon as I was able to and got immediate refund if this happens to anyone else.
